Directors Trish Appleton and Richard Kent lead the team. Trish Appleton is a microbiologist with many years client side experience in sales and product management;
Richard Kent studied biochemistry and, following a stint in research at Glaxo, held positions as UK General Manager and International Sales & Marketing Director for a major life-science instrumentation company. Both gained experience in large agencies before setting up businesses individually and, in 2001, joining forces to found Kapler Communications.

Senior Account Executive, Claire England, and Account Executives Luke Newman and Margit Dabernig-Kent, provide client support for all our activities, including planning and research, execution and reporting.
